The instalment schedule will be clearly outlined in the policy, usually split evenly across the 2nd and 3rd months after move-in.

On or before the 5th of each month unless otherwise agreed in writing. This will be stated in the Instalment Schedule.

All instalments must be paid directly to Rizurf Technology Sdn Bhd via approved payment methods.

A penalty of RM100 or 1.5% of the outstanding amount (whichever is higher) will be imposed. Legal action may be initiated in serious cases.

You are still liable to complete the instalment payments. Rizurf reserves the right to take legal action and recover any balance.

Yes. All tenants must sign a RentFlexi™ Policy Agreement outlining the terms, instalments, penalties, and obligations.

Yes. Landlord consent is required via a separate form before RentFlexi™ can be applied to the unit.

In that case, RentFlexi™ will not be available for that unit.

No. Once RentFlexi™ is in effect, the landlord agrees not to claim the deferred amount directly. Rizurf assumes responsibility.

If you default, Rizurf may pay the landlord to preserve the agreement. You will still be liable to repay Rizurf and bear all related legal costs.
